The 12 Weeks Lean Muscle workout plan of Kris Gethin has been specially designed for gaining lean mass. This workout plan can be followed by anybody who has already been working out for at least 4 weeks. This workout plan should be maintained with a proper diet. Each day work out varies, there are different sets and repetitions for every exercise. You need to understand how much weight you can lift if the repetitions are more then 10 to 12 then weight used should be minimum and if the repetition range is up to 10 then heavyweight should be used. The supersets are highlighted in the same color. Rest time between each workout should be a maximum of 45 seconds to 1 min. Try to have BCAA during the workout.
